1. Acceptance

By using Seniors Kit you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What Seniors Kit is

Seniors Kit is an AI-assisted app that helps seniors use their smartphones. It is a helpful tool — not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

3. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• One account per person.
• You must be 13 or older to create an account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts.
• Reverse engineer or copy the app.
• Use the app to harass or harm others.

5. AI limitations

• Kit is an AI assistant and can make mistakes.
• Do not rely on Kit for medical, legal, or financial decisions.
• Always verify important information with a qualified professional.
• The scam checker is a helpful tool but is not guaranteed to catch every scam.

6. Subscription and payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You can cancel any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.
• Promo codes give free access for the stated period, then convert to paid automatically.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — email kitagent.ai@gmail.com.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account any time by emailing kitagent.ai@gmail.com.

8. Limitation of liability

Seniors Kit is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Nova Scotia law, Vrinda Kathpal (Kit AI) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada.
